2. Booking and Payment:
All bookings made through our website are final. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payment via Calendly and Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
All bookings are final; however, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We may allow you to move your booking to an alternate date or issue booking credits for future use, subject to availability and our discretion. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4. Use of Facilities:
You agree to use our studio facilities responsibly and in accordance with any guidelines provided by Solace Studio Space. Any damage to the facilities or equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be your responsibility, and you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
5. Intellectual Property:
All content on the Solace Studio Space website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and graphics, is the property of Solace Studio Space or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
